Samoset Village Cottage Rental Policies
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of $500 is required at the time of check in and will be refunded approximately two weeks after check out and inspection of unit and inventory.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept the following credit cards: Master Card, VISA, American Express, and Discover Card.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are accepted on a unit available basis

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check in time is at 4:00PM EST. Check out time is before 10:00AM EST.

TAXES

All quoted unit rates are subject to Maine State Tax.

PETS

It is our policy not to accept pets. Local kennels are available.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

Stay Service: Only those reservations for two or more weeks will receive a weekly service. Daily Maid Service: Not Available. Check Out Service: Included in rental.
